The following procedures will apply in respect of the bookings held by the club for the cancelled Open Show on May 23.
- All bookings from 23 May will automatically be transferred to the next Open Show on Sunday June 27th at Stirchley Showground thus guaranteeing entry to all competitors who were confirmed for May.
- There is no need to take any further action if you want to leave your booking unchanged, Revised individual start times for June will be issued in the normal way during the week prior to the event.
- If you wish to cancel or amend your booking please complete the Revise Booking Instruction Form below by Sunday 30 May. In order for us to keep proper control please do not use other messaging methods to advise requests for changes.
- Additional new bookings for the June Show, should places be available, will be bookable on the web site in the normal way from 1 June but spaces will be strictly on a first come basis.
